1. Can I pay by credit/debit
card?
Yes of course, all our credit card payments
are processed securely and independently by paypal. Safeguarding your
financial information is one of our most important priorities. Paypal
automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer
and their systems, ensuring your information is kept private, no financial
information is held or seen by Sky Post Delivery at anytime.
2. Are you insured?
Yes, we have full Goods in Transit insurance
on most consignments, no additional premium is required unless the value
totals over £25k in which case a small charge is made by our insurance
brokers. Full details will be provided if this is the case.
3. Can my package get 'lost
in the system?
No - your package will be always be
with a dedicated vehicle and driver i.e. in the same vehicle that collects
it, unless otherwise specified or operational reasons dictate otherwise
We will then take your package directly to the delivery point and get
a signature for it.
4. My delivery has special requirements
Just let us know what they are, and
we will help. Be it from special instructions on delivery to security
clearance on secure sites.
5. Can I be kept informed of
my delivery?
We are in constant contact with drivers
and vehicles to enable time sensitive consignments to be delivered without
delay. Our system also records the delivery status at each route/point.
You can easily login to track your package with your tracking number.
6. What if the delivery instructions
or address change and the consignment are already en route to the original
destination?
Not a problem, just contact us as soon
as you know of any change to the job and we will accommodate the changes
without fuss or delay. All same-day deliveries are flexible in the extreme.
7. What type/ size vehicle do
Quick Daily Fly use?
Our range is from motorbikes for city
deliveries through to Luton style vans for larger consignments, whatever
